Hi there! Let me quickly introduce myself. I am Courtney Brown, and I’m the owner of Grace Farms Ministries. We are a local 501(c)3 nonprofit (located on the Moody/Odenville line) that farms to feed the elderly in our community, but I’ll come back to all of that. Currently, we are doing some outreach in hopes to find local businesses who’d be eager to partner with us, as well as sponsor us and what we do. 

 

Like I said in the beginning, we are a registered nonprofit that’s focus is on providing support for the elderly within our community. Oftentimes, the elderly population is overlooked when it comes to their fresh food needs and community relationships. We want to be the ones that fill that gap. Not only do we provide farm fresh veggies, fruits, eggs, and meats to them, we also create a friendship that goes further than that. We want to be able to help run needed errands, fix leaky roofs, and be a safe place to come for a breath of fresh air.

 

After 5 years of being a nonprofit, we are in the midst of a growing season, both literally and figuratively. We have plants in bloom, crops almost ready for harvest, fresh eggs going out by the dozen, mama cows giving birth, and a brick and mortar store almost ready to open its doors, but there’s a catch. With growth comes a growing financial need. We seek out donors, sell Grace Farms made goods, and attend markets to bring income back into the farm. Though it is something, in our current economy, we realize there’s a need for more community support to surround us. And while we don’t “like” to ask for help… we know we need to.

 

That’s where YOU come in! We’d love the opportunity to partner with you. We have sponsorship opportunities available and we’d love to have you join our list. There are a few different tier options we’d like you to consider. This sponsorship will be for a 12-month period. For example, if you choose to start sponsoring us today, you will be considered a Grace Farms’ sponsor from now until mid-May 2024. After, you will have the option to keep your current sponsorship, up it, or end it.

 

We are currently attending the Moody Market (Friday) and the Leeds’ Farmers Market (Thursday), and these markets are weekly May through September. We also attend Homestead Hollow three times a year, The Rustik Bucket twice a year, as well as other festivals throughout. Our website receives 200+ views daily, mostly all from local consumers. Great traction. Our social media audience is growing each day too, as well as engagement. We are starting our YouTube channel back up too to raise more awareness for our cause, as well. Finally, we are planning on opening a brick and mortar “general store” at Grace Farms this summer.
