At Grace Farms we’ve been called to be the serving hands and feet of Christ by extending His love to those who are hungry, both physically and spiritually.  Our ministry is dedicated to bringing people together by supplying those in need with freshly grown food, no matter a person’s past or current situation. We serve all. Together we have the opportunity to pour out God’s unconditional love, His never ending grace, and help those
